According to an incident report attained by TMZT.I. was not authorized to be traveling from an Arkansas prison to his halfway house with anyone but his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle. Also very important, the rapper was not supposed to conduct business while en route, but he allegedly went against both restrictions just minutes after his release, the report asserts.

Y’all following this?

Aug. 31: T.I. Out of Prison | Sept. 2: T.I. Back in Prison

Well that didn’t take long.

“When questioned regarding the individuals on the bus with him during his travel from FCC Forest City, Arkansas, to Dismas Charities Atlanta Residential Reentry Center, he stated, his wife, manager and two producers with VH1 were on the bus. Such people were not authorized to travel with him in the conditions of furlough,” the report reads.

T.I. was having a conversation with VH1 on his untitled 10-episode series and upcoming book before jumping on a conference call with Director of Atlanta CCM on Aug. 31.

“He further indicated he was discussing a new reality series and a book with these individuals, but made a point of indicating it was not an interview,” the report reads. “Inmate Harris had not been authorized to be in contact or be in the presence of his manager or others, except his wife, during his travel. Additionally, his actions of discussing a new reality series and book with VH1 producers was considered to be conducting a business as he was conducting potential business ventures between him and VH1.”

Brian Sher, T.I.’s manager, was not aware it was a violation of the furlough for him to be traveling with T.I. “It was clear to me that Mr. Harris believed that I was permitted to be with him on the trip back to Atlanta because I had been authorized to visit him and have contact with during his time in Forrest City,” Sher said. “During my time with him on the ride back to Atlanta, no business was conducted with Mr. Harris.”

T.I., who served an 11 month sentence, was removed from the Atlanta halfway house and placed in the federal prison in Atlanta soon thereafter.
